Standard Products
All off-the-shelf products are dispatched within 4 working days from the order date. They will be shipped via APC couriers and will require a signature on delivery.
Bespoke Size Products
All custom products are manufactured to order and shipped within 5 working days from the order date. If your order consists of both custom and standard products, all items will be shipped within 5 working days. They will be shipped via APC couriers and will require a signature on delivery
Damages & Returns
Visually damaged parcels should be refused at the point of delivery. If items are damaged, they must be reported to Ultimat Ltd within 3 working days. We are unable to replace or credit items which have not been reported within this timescale, as we are unable to claim from our courier network.
